2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract.

3. Accounts and Linking

• Each CoupleAgent account is designed for two linked users (Partner A and Partner B).
• You are responsible for maintaining your login security.
• You may invite one partner using an invite link; once accepted, both accounts share the same workspace.
• If your partner leaves or cancels, your shared data remains available to the paying account owner unless deleted.

4. Subscription and Payments

• We offer paid plans through Stripe.
• Billing cycles are monthly or annually.
• Free trials are available; billing starts after the trial ends unless canceled.
• You may cancel anytime through your billing settings.

5. Use of the Service

• You agree not to use CoupleAgent for unlawful, abusive, or harmful purposes.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or misuse our AI technology.
• You may upload text, images, and documents within reasonable personal use limits.

6. AI Content

Our AI assistant generates responses automatically. While designed to be helpful and respectful, AI content may sometimes be inaccurate or inappropriate. You agree to use discretion and not rely on AI responses as professional advice.

7. Privacy and Data

• Your use of CoupleAgent is also governed by our Privacy Policy and AI Policy.
• We take data protection seriously—your chat history, attachments, and account details are stored securely and encrypted in transit and at rest.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform code, design, and AI configurations are owned by CoupleAgent. You retain ownership of your uploaded content.

9. Service Modifications

We may change or discontinue features at any time, including pricing or subscription tiers. If material changes occur, we'll notify you by email or in-app.

10. Limitation of Liability

CoupleAgent is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the Service.
